The creation of the agency
Fabien Bessi founded the SELECT' IMMOBILIER agency with a clear ambition: to place customer satisfaction at the heart of every real estate project. With its first team, the agency quickly developed its activity through the first mandates, the first visits and the first sales.2009
Business development
The agency is expanding its offer with the creation of the rental service in order to meet the growing needs of the local market.The same year, it joined the IMOGROUP network, thus strengthening its visibility and its anchoring in the Geneva region.
2015
Launch of rental management
After consolidating the real estate transaction and rental activities, the agency created its rental management department.This evolution makes it possible to offer owners a complete solution to manage and enhance their real estate assets.

Solidarity commitment
The IMOGROUP network is committed to solidarity actions, in particular by supporting children affected by the disease through initiatives carried out with the Kiwanis Annemasse-Genevois-Salève.2019
